In a world controlled by “supers” -human mutants with extraordinary powers- one might think the world would be a more wonderful place. But in this great work of dystopian fiction a darker side of the coin shows. The comes from the point of view of a child whose father was killed in the opening conflicts between these supers. And under the gleam of the baleful sun he stumbles upon a group of revolutionaries bent on the complete extermination of the supers from the most minor to the ones on par with gods.
